House Cleaning for Southern San Francisco Neighborhoods
Southern San Francisco, for this page, means the neighborhoods that share a line, a bus, or a hill with Daly City: Excelsior, Outer Mission, Ingleside, Visitacion Valley, and Crocker-Amazon. It is not a promise to clean the whole city, and it is not Westlake copy with "San Francisco" dropped in. These streets are denser, older, and more stacked than Daly City's mid-century tracts, and they are not interchangeable with each other.
Excelsior sits on Mission Street's commercial spine. Housing is a mix of single-family houses and flats over flats, with shared entries and stairs instead of attached Westlake garages. The 14-Mission and nearby lines move people through a corridor that tracks sidewalk dirt into those entries. Outer Mission continues that pattern toward the county line and Top of the Hill; some blocks feel like Daly City until you notice the Edwardian bays and the lack of a driveway. Ingleside and Ingleside Terraces sit closer to Ocean Avenue and City College. Terraces has planned bungalow streets with planted islands; the rest of Ingleside has flats and houses that take fog off the west side. Balboa Park BART is the transit landmark, not Colma's Park-and-Ride. Visitacion Valley, around Leland Avenue, sits lower toward the Cow Palace and Brisbane. It can be brighter than Ingleside. Crocker-Amazon, along Geneva Avenue and next to Crocker Amazon Playground and McLaren Park, is the neighborhood whose streets literally become Daly City.
Cleaning a southern San Francisco flat is not the same visit as cleaning a Daly City house. There is often no garage to stage supplies. Street parking is the plan. Stairs are the access. Kitchens are galley or tight. Bathrooms may be original and shared by more people than a Westlake one-bath house. Fog still matters on the Ingleside and Ocean Avenue side; Visitacion Valley and Crocker-Amazon see more of the same damp bathrooms when the marine layer moves inland, but they also pick up park dust and event traffic when the Cow Palace is busy. City College students and denser rental stock mean more move-out cleans than a typical Daly City block. Short-term rentals show up around those events and around people who want a stay south of the more expensive northern neighborhoods.
Regular cleaning is the maintenance service for flats and houses that need kitchens, baths, and floors reset on a weekly or biweekly list. Deep cleaning is for grout, tracks, and appliance interiors after a unit has been lived in hard or left empty. Move-in and move-out cleaning is a larger share of the work here than in Brisbane, because the rental market is thicker. Airbnb cleaning is the right request when a listing turns over around a Cow Palace event or a weekend in the city; it is a written turnover list, not a family weekly visit. Light commercial cleaning can cover a small shopfront on Mission or Geneva. It is not restaurant hood work and not a multi-story office contract downtown.
Say which neighborhood you are in and how we get in. An Excelsior flat with a street-parked car is a different appointment from an Ingleside Terraces house with a driveway, and both are different from a Visitacion Valley unit near the Cow Palace. We would rather confirm the street than treat the southern edge of the city as one generic zone.

Frequently asked questions
Which San Francisco neighborhoods do you clean?
This page covers Excelsior, Outer Mission, Ingleside, Visitacion Valley, and Crocker-Amazon—the southern edge that meets Daly City. It is not a citywide San Francisco service.
How do you handle parking and walk-ups?
Street parking is the usual plan. Tell us about stairs, buzzers, and permit zones. A flat without a driveway is a different start than an Ingleside Terraces house.
Do you clean short-term rentals around Cow Palace events?
Yes, when we agree on a turnover list and a realistic window. Event weekends are not the same as a weekly family visit.
Is this the same as a Daly City Westlake visit?
No. Southern San Francisco housing is denser—flats, stairs, and street parking instead of attached garages and tract layouts. The checklist follows the building.
What if my address is just over the Daly City line?
Say so. Crocker-Amazon and Outer Mission streets become Daly City in a few blocks. We would rather confirm the street than guess from the neighborhood name.
